the one thing i like about muds i play, the prompt will not even flash across your screen unless your in combat.
other then that you can type hp and it gives you only hp, sp, and ep. hp hit points, sp spell points, ep for endurance points or the poihnts to show how much moving around is for.
you don't have the ability to change your prompt, but like i said, it is never flashing across your screen unless in combat.
and again, the mud I play astaria3.com port 5000, allows you not to save equipment on my char unless you buy autoloads, but you can rent a personal vault, and guilds has storage vaults or you can store equipment in your own estate or clan.
astaria is very friendly, they do have hunting grounds for noobs, there loads of helpful newbie files, but no newbie training area to have a NPC answer questions for you though.
they do have a newbie monster to give you a full set of gear when you log on, but it vanishes when you log off, but when you log back on as a noob you can reask for it.
he will give you equipment until level 5.
If anyone has anymore questions about astaria, let me know. It is very blind friendly, i have played in most of there guilds.
elementalists, fighters, clerics, mages, psions, paladins, and thiefs.
well, that is every single one of ther guilds now that i look at it heh.
admin are looking into changing there asski maps into text files, you cna turn anci on or off too.
you have a command that allows to check a monsters health without looking at the hole thing too.
you select your race before entering the mud, they have about 15 choices, and each help file of that race will tell you what guilds they can play, and each race has a natural born ability, you can set your stats before game start of course, and earn statpoints after each level towards maxing out a stat.
